Well, the weather was awful from the start. But its my birthday and I wanted to snow shoe. Thankfully my adventurous friends were up for the challenge. We hiked in and up the ridge, as my usual plan. Then took off into the trees trying to avoid the blistering wind. About an hour into the hike, the weather continued to get worse. We couldnt even hear each other over the wind, and the fog got really bad. So to save each others lives we decided to head back down, and enjoy some food and wine in Government Camp. It was a great Birthday that just kept going. :o)
