BSA Cycling 10 Miles Ride #2

Attendance: John P, Hayden's Uncle, Hayden, Korbin, Molly, Lizzy, Emily, Jeremy, Sage, Forrest and Myself.

10miles on marine drive, and these guys rocked it. So proud of all of them.

It was drizzly and cool, but these kicked some serious butt today. There was some stiff competition as Korbin led the pack, Sage worked his butt off to try and keep up, but his bike is just far to heavy to compete. And Hayden did an amazing job trying to keep up with Sage. In the end every finished with smiles, and Sage realized he wants a road bike. Lol. Its only taken four years to convince him.

Soooo today we picked up a fixer upper. and wow does this bike have some history. We found it on craigslist, the gentlemen would only sell the bike to someone who would appreciate it. The bike has toured from Canada to Mexico on Hwy 101. Its done STP 7 times, its toured a large variety of other places as well, to many to count. Its old, tired and need of a lot of love. But I am convinced that Sage can restore it.
